In the verses, where there is a C, it is picked like this:

The G7 is picked similarly, first the G bass note, then the B.
In the choruses, the F is sometimes picked that way
(F, then C, bass notes), but I don't think it always
is, so it's not as important.
In the chorus, the C-C/B-Am is just a descending baseline,
pretty easy. Same with the second verse, and first half of
the third verse, where there is an ascending G7/A-G7/B-C
at "and she did," "in the wind," and "burned alive."
