Pretenders pour "Concrete" into MP3s

Reuters - The Chrissie Hynde-led rock band the
Pretenders will roll out their new album, "Break Up the
Concrete," as one MP3 per week leading up to the September 23
release of the CD via Shangri-La Music.

AP - In a July 22 story about Foreigner's Mick Jones, The Associated Press reported erroneously that Foreigner's co-headlining tour with Bryan Adams stops Thursday. The bands have a concert Thursday, July 24, near San Antonio, Texas, before ending their combined tour Saturday in Dallas. Foreigner will continue on the road at least through late October.
Kanye West visits veterans on home turf

MTV for the documentary "Choose or Lose & Kanye West Present:
Homecoming," the next installment of the "Choose or Lose"
campaign, which tells the stories of war veterans and the
difficulties they face once they return home.
