        I've tried best I can to transcribe the piano part for this song for 
guitar.  It's a pretty smooth sweet song to play.  The interlude is described 
without tab, unfortuantely I have too much homework to do to tab that out, 
but it's pretty simple.

        The interlude (with is also the ending) is simply alternating between 
the C and G chords.  Finger pick them out in a similar fashion as above.
