This is a very pretty and very sad song. I have always felt like 
Martin can read my mind as he writes songs like "I want you now"
and such, and here's another one. I know exactly what he's talking 
about.  I have no Idea if this is right, but it sound pretty close.
If anybody could help, that would be great. I especially had
trouble with the chorus chords. This is my first time transcribing
something.

The song starts out with some kind off synth bass line that carries 
out through the whole song pretty much and a strings section. 
Then he starts singing and the guitar kicks in right away
