BACK SEAT OF MY CAR
by Paul and Linda McCartney
from the album "Ram" (1971)
transcribed by James
Lennon believed that the "Ram" album was filled with shots at him and Yoko that
were too esoteric for listeners to get. The line in "Too Many People" about
"preaching practices" and breaking "your lucky break in two," the lyric of
"Dear Boy," and the lines at the end of this song, "we believe that we can't
be wrong," were all believed by Lennon to be aimed at him. Maybe they were.
