This was requested on alt.music.makers.guitar.tablature
quite a while ago, and I tried posting it, but that group seems dead.
I've seen a few requests for this song over the years, and I've seen a
couple of previous
postings that are similar.
I think there must be several versions of this song, because those previous
postings have interesting chord progressions, but they are NOT the chords
in the version I'm familiar
with - Sandie Shaw's version.
I also note that her lyrics are a little different than the ones previously
posted.
Anyway - here's Sandy Shaw's version, with the trombone intro noted.
Why can't we have more trombone intro's??? It's great.... Anyway.....
I've noted it up in 2/4 time, with 4 2-beat bars per line. The song is a
little irregular. It's also in Ab,
not G - you'll have to capo up. For those who like barre chords, I've got
the REAL chords following.
