ROCK N' ROLL SHOWER - VENGEANCE

   This is a very familiar piece of music in Western Europe. Vengeance
WAS a dutch band. they decided to stop after about 10 years. This piece of
music was used as the intro to a radio program called "Vuurwerk", or in
English : "Fireworks". The program used to airplay heavy metal, hardrock,
death metal, etc. The program had to be stopped because of "horizontal
programming" on public radio (politics). They need to broadcast 2 f@*king
hours of f#$king gospel EVERY F*&CKING DAY. Dutch metallers were really

pissed off (and still are).
   Now in the Netherlands all you can listen to to hear something louder than
NOTHING ELSE MATTERS by Metallica is local stations at around midnight.
   Anyway, this song is written by Vengeance. They did TRY to break
through in America and had a video on MTV once, but it wouldn't work (as
happened to more European bands). However, Vengeance plays a mixture of
heavy metal and hardrock in a rock n' roll way with some party-like moods.
This song is certainly worth listening to (if you can get a tape or
something). The last CD by Vengeance is called The Last Teardrop and
kinda contains the greatest hits and five new songs. try to get it, it's
f&*@#king great !!!!!

   Most of the song is displaced by one 8th length (because of the drums).
In the intro are more guitars then just one, but they all play e or b, some
with tremolo, some with vibrato, some high, some low. There should be all
kind of fills throughout the song, but they're hard to figure out because
there are vocals over it.

Kick off when the lyrics (verse 1) come in with an E pedal. Play an e pedal
throughout the verses, I.E. play eight notes on (low) E. Play with a
synthbass effect and staccato. In the chorus you need to play an A pedal.
In going from verse to chorus play some chromatic notes towards A. During
the interlude the bass plays a F# pedal, even when the guitars are quiet.
